Alpha-P BV is the start and scale up of the market. With our own recipes for, among other things, examination gloves and a wholesaler, we can say that we are unique. A good example of this is that we have broad expertise in both medical disposables and personal protective equipment. We are currently growing really fast, are busy with a rebranding, and are therefore looking for more toppers! Do you have a lot of commercial experience (pre is medical/PPE/cleaning) and are you ready to conquer the world? If you have commercial, enterprising, analytical and communication skills, then this dynamic position is perfect for you! Without products we have no customers. As a commercial office employee (inside sales representative) you manage our customer portfolio within the company together with the sales team. Ultimately, you and the customer look at how we can complete the joint range as quickly as possible in order to become joint champions in the categories. Together with your inside & outside sales colleagues and product manager(s), we make plans and you seek collaboration to achieve maximum growth for Alpha-P. You not only set the objectives, you ensure that they are achieved! Every day, with your enthusiasm, you ensure that your customers, end users and yourself develop to the maximum. · Managing the relationships of the customers assigned to you (contact both by telephone and by e-mail); · Coordinating the entire order processing process: drawing up quotes, checking availability, entering orders, confirming orders, monitoring shipment, providing invoicing and the associated communication; · Arranging the orders by requesting the correct documents for the correct countries, requesting the necessary inspections, consultation with the Logistics department about the transport and finally sending the required documents to the customer; · Coordinate external transport with the customer and inform the customer about the time of delivery; · Actively contribute to a growing organization and the professionalization of the Customer Service department. · You conduct research into potential new markets and opportunities and try to attract new customers to us. · Too much stock? Together with our sales colleagues, you ensure that this disappears like snow in the sun; · Prices and market situation? You are aware of what is going on in the market and ensure that we always stay one step ahead of the competition.


· You are in possession of a completed relevantsenior secondary vocational education or a higher form of education; · Preferably you have work experience in a similar position; · You master the English language in word and writing. More languages are a plus; · You have very good communication skills, both in contact with customers and colleagues; · You do not see problems as difficulties but as challenges to be solved; · You work accurately and accurately, with import, export and inspection documents as well as with the preparation of invoices and packing lists; · You can work independently and take responsibility for your customers; · You are customer-, service- and solution-oriented and you can switch quickly; · You are also a team player who wants to contribute to the professionalization of the department.

What we ask of you

· Preferably a completed senior secondary vocational education or higher education (commercial). · Three to five years of experience in comparable positions within the disposables/packaging/cleaning/tools and/or personal protective equipment market (or comparable within wholesalers); · Demonstrable results; · You are a born networker and you have demonstrable experience in establishing and maintaining professional relationships. An existing network with the target group is an advantage; · Extensive knowledge of the Dutch market; · Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language; · In possession of a driving license B.
